By creating an account or using Isomro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Isomro is an AI-powered platform for cross-cultural psychometric scale adaptation. The Service includes automated adaptation pipelines, statistical validation, pilot testing, collaborative review tools, and export capabilities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
The Service offers Free, Pro ($49/month), and Institutional (custom pricing) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

You retain ownership of the psychometric scales and data you upload. Isomro retains ownership of the platform, AI models, statistical engines, and generated reports' formatting. Adapted items produced by the Service are owned by you.
Adaptations are produced by AI agents and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in clinical, research, or organizational settings. Isomro does not guarantee the clinical validity of AI-generated adaptations without proper expert review and pilot testing.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Isomro Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
