When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and optional full name. When you use the platform, we process the psychometric scale items you submit for adaptation. We also collect standard usage analytics (page views, feature usage) and technical data (IP address, browser type) to improve the service.
Your data is used solely to provide the adaptation service, generate statistical reports, and improve platform quality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Scale items you submit are processed by AI models (OpenAI) and our R statistical engine to produce adaptations and psychometric analyses.
All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API communications are encrypted via TLS. We implement rate limiting, audit logging, and request-level security headers.
Your adaptation data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual adaptations at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You have the right to access, export, rectify, and delete your personal data. Use the Export My Data feature in Settings, or contact us at contact@isomro.com. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
